Who We Are

The District #8 Scholarship Program is an initiative of the Office of the Representative, District #8, Montserrado County, Liberia. It exists to remove financial barriers to education for talented young people across the district. Through partnerships with sponsors and institutions, the program funds high school, vocational, undergraduate, and graduate studies and follows every beneficiary through to graduation and beyond. This portal makes the entire process transparent: applications are submitted online, reviewed on merit, and tracked at every stage.
